““Working with Kim made me feel like I was working with a therapist, baby sleep expert, and friend all at the
same time. She helped me and my family with our 10.5 month old’s sleep issues and helped ease my stress
and anxiety so I could think rationally to work on longer term changes and improvements. Kim does not provide
magic cures, because there are no magic cures for baby sleep. She provides a critical and objective set of ears
to our sleep challenges and she offered up sustainable solutions to helping us achieve our sleep goals. I
worked with Kim during a challenging sleep time and more than once emailed her in crisis in the middle of the
night. Not only did she never judge me for these moments, but she was so fast to respond the next day and
help calm my nerves with some things to try. Kim provided me with so many valuable insights: how to look at
and approach sleep and schedules, how to have a mindset shift when things were not going well, and how my
husband could be more involved with sleep (which the baby was not interested in at all). Now when we face
challenges or come up with a new sleep goal, I use the tools, techniques, and frameworks that Kim taught me
and they work! I felt so lost before meeting her and I am so incredibly thankful for our time together.”

How This Works
Over the course of 2 months, we will meet for up to 6 virtual sessions over phone or Zoom to holistically address your family’s unique needs and support you on your journey.
Virtual support via Zoom or phone makes it easier to fit in around work and parenting.
Our first session will be 60 minutes focusing on education, interpreting your child’s cues, and identifying the right holistic approach for your family.
The remaining 5 sessions are 40 minutes. Each session will focus on one or two key areas relevant to your family’s sleep challenges so that you can focus on making adjustments without feeling overwhelmed. I’ll provide encouragement and accountability so that you don’t get stuck.
Unlimited email check ins
Reach out by email any time day or night with a quick question, request guidance on a strategy, or share a success. I’ll get back to you during my business hours so that you can move forward confidently between calls.
Supporting digital guides and resources
You’ll receive digital guides, resources, and session summaries to reinforce the topics we cover. No need to worry you’ll forget something or try to take notes while juggling our session and your little one.
Options to extend
If you need more support at the end of our package, monthly on-going support is available. We can discuss the level of support you need based on where sleep is at that time.
“Kim is magic. She got our son (2.5-years-old) sleeping through the night, and helped us figure
out a better bedtime routine and naps. She also offered sage advice for weaning that’s been
really helpful. I'm finally feeling like myself again. In this culture with so much pressure to sleep
train that completely goes against my gut instincts, she is a tremendous resource. We cannot
recommend her enough. We have so much gratitude–she saved us!
My husband and I felt near death two months into our toddler's sleep regression. He was
waking up three to five times each night after a long trip out of town. Kim does not suggest the
cry-it-out method, but instead recommends responsive parenting approaches. She advised an
approach tailored to our son's character and developmental needs. She helped us bolster his
confidence and connection with us, especially during our evening routine (pre-bedtime). Within
two days he was sleeping better, and before long he was sleeping through the night. We worked
with Kim for two months–the right amount of time for us, given where we were at and what we
were struggling with. She was such an invaluable resource to us. I didn’t realize how much I
needed some help–I only wish we found her a year earlier. If your child is having trouble
sleeping, we highly recommend you get in touch with Kim. ”
This package is perfect for you if:
You have an older baby (5-12 months), toddler, or preschooler
Sleep is hard – like really, really hard! You just have no idea where to start.
You get overwhelmed trying to figure out how to put all the pieces together and see the patterns and connections because you are just so tired!
You know that having someone to virtually hold your hand, keep you accountable, and answer your questions will help you keep going.
You want support as you implement gentle tools and strategies to guide you in adjustments over time.
You understand that change takes time, and there are no quick fixes, but truly want that developmental, responsive guidance.
““Kim gave us the information, perspective, and encouragement we needed to get through an especially rough
period of sleep with our almost 1 year old. Her tools and suggestions helped us to get more sleep and feel
more capable while staying responsive to our very alert, easily aroused baby. I'm deeply grateful to her.””
“Kim was just wonderful. Not only did she help us understand that our instincts around responsive parenting were very much on point - something that can be so dissimilar from modern western culture - but she also laid the groundwork for creating better sleep routines and eventually longer sleep stretches for our little one.
While we learned a ton during our work with her, what was most interesting was how her wisdom planted seeds that grew months later into confident transitions and actually better quality and lengthier sleep for the whole family. It wasn’t overnight but it was developmentally sound and respectful of our baby’s needs.
In a world of sleep training and cry-it-out methods, Kim is a voice of responsive parenting reason and has the knowledge and studies to back up her guidance.
I am so grateful for our work together - it was totally worth it and we continue to come back to the concepts we learned with her. I think every family could benefit from working with her!””
