Holistic Newborn Sleep Support Package
(For Babies 0-4 Months)
The early months are intense and there’s a lot of confusion around sleep. Between social media, Internet Search, your pediatrician, friends, and family there’s no shortage of opinions and information .
And there’s so much pressure to get it “right”.
However, much of the commonly shared information on sleep is outdated and out of touch with developmental and biological norms. With all the conflicting information, you may be wondering:
What is normal?
How do you set up good rhythms and sleep conditions?
Do you need to worry about bad habits, schedules, or independent sleep?
With all of those questions and doubts in your head, you may also be feeling guilty for snuggling your baby, wanting them close, or like you somehow should be doing more to set them up for good sleep.
I can help you cut through all the BS and outdated info! You’ll feel confident that you are supporting sleep with best practices from a developmental, attachment-based, and Lactation supportive approach.

This package is perfect for you if:
Sleep is hard – like really, really hard! You just have no idea where to start.
You get anxious or overwhelmed by all the conflicting sleep info that doesn’t quite feel right, and want guidance over time to learn new approaches.
You want to have on-going support as you try new things and make gentle adjustments.
You recognize how valuable support can be during this time.
You want developmental, attachment-based information to form the basis your sleep and parenting approach.
You want sleep guidance from someone who is also a lactation expert.
How This Works
Over the course of 1 month, we will meet for 4 virtual sessions over phone or Zoom to holistically address your family’s unique needs and support you on your journey.
Virtual support via Zoom or phone makes it easier to fit in around work and parenting.
Our first session will be 60 minutes focusing on education, interpreting your child’s cues, and identifying the right holistic approach for your family.
The remaining 3 sessions are 40 minutes. Each session will focus on one or two key areas relevant to your family’s sleep challenges and the transition to parenting so that you can focus on making adjustments without feeling overwhelmed. I’ll provide encouragement and a safe space to process your experience.

“So much of the google-able questions about baby sleep seem to be based on strict schedules and narrow definitions of “acceptable” behavior. It’s crazy-making, and left me feeling guilty for my baby’s “bad” sleep.
We called Kim —at our lowest moments when we were doubting ourselves the most. She sympathized with how tired we were, assured us our baby was healthy and inside the wide range of normal, and generally calmed the storm we were in. ”
