What You Receive in My Sleep Strategy Package:

In this 2 week package we will focus on a holistic view of your family’s sleep so that you have a foundation of knowledge, tools, and strategies to implement at your own pace. This may include:

  • Biologically normal sleep, temperament, and regulation so that you can understand your child as an individual.

  • Sleep biology, sleep hygiene, and developmental expectations so that you can work with development and biology rather than struggle against it.

  • Gentle suggestions for adjustments to sleep timings, rhythms, and routines to optimize your days, evenings, and nights to support sleep for everyone.

  • Strategies to move through a change with connection and confidence so you know just what to try.

This package is designed to get you started with the understanding that you will continue to work on the ideas we discuss beyond the package length. While I aim to give you a truly holistic set of tools and strategies, the package length does not allow for the same level of comprehensive support as my signature package.

 

How This Works

Over the course of 2 weeks, we will meet for 2 sessions over phone or Zoom to create an individualized holistic roadmap for supporting your family’s sleep or a framework for making a gentle, responsive change.

Our first session will be 60 minutes focusing on education, interpreting your child’s cues, and identifying the right holistic approach for your family.

Our second session will be 40 minutes to clarify any questions, make adjustments, or go in greater depth on a specific topic. This session must be within 2 weeks of our first session.

Supporting digital guides and resources

You’ll receive digital guides, resources, and session summaries to reinforce the topics we cover. No need to worry you’ll forget something or try to take notes while juggling our session and your little one.

Limited email support

This package includes email support for quick questions. If your question is more complex, I’ll ask you to bring it to our second session.

Options to extend

If at any point during this package you feel you’d like to explore your sleep situation in greater depth you can add on a month of support (dependent on availability). Pricing varies based on the number of sessions within the additional month. Stand alone follow up calls may also be scheduled within 2 months of the package for topics covered in the package.
