I know how overwhelming, confusing, and lonely it can be to support sleep responsively in a world constantly telling you that you are wrong. I’ve been there myself, and that’s why I offer my unique style of sleep support.

I help tired parents combine developmental knowledge with their intuition to improve family sleep. I’ve found that working together over time building a relationship allows me to get to know your family and provide the holistic, individualized support that families need.

My support will always respect developmentally normal sleep and your child’s unique needs and capabilities. I will never ask you to ignore your instincts or your baby. Whether you want to make a change or just find a more sustainable path forward, I’m here to support you on the journey.

What you receive in my Signature Holistic Sleep Support Package

Personalized support for 2 months.

Nurturing your baby and optimizing family sleep can be a challenging journey on your own. I’m here to help you understand your options, hold space for your experience, and encourage you along the way.

My support will improve your parenting to sleep experience, so your baby grows up knowing that sleep is a safe and peaceful time. My holistic approach encompasses the link between wellness and sleep so that you will have the reserves to nurture your baby and yourself. I will provide you with information, support, and strategies to improve your family’s sleep while respecting baby’s needs, your family values, and your own needs.

We’ll work through any bumps in the road together, helping you have tools to navigate new stages and changes to routine.

My expert knowledge, support, and guidance as we collaboratively work through the areas that will improve your family’s sleep and well-being.

While we are working together, we’ll cover topics such as

  1. Defining What’s Normal

    We’ll first get clear on what’s normal and age appropriate for your child. I’ll provide an education on biologically normal sleep so that your parenting expectations are realistic for your child’s temperament and developmental stage. This will create a sense of relief and get parents and caregivers on the same page.

  2. Setting Realistic Goals

    Next, we’ll set goals for your family’s sleep and wellness. Many factors influence the quality of our sleep, and we’ll make sure the focus on baby’s sleep doesn’t over- shadow other important areas of wellness. This will help us identify your key concerns so that we can work towards them in a holistic way. I will help you ensure that your goals and the strategies we use are all in line with your parenting values.

  3. Optimizing Sleep Conditions

    Then, we’ll work on improving and creating optimal sleep conditions to support the best quality sleep for your baby’s age and temperament. This includes assessing and perfecting your child’s daily patterns and environment including sleep hygiene, optimizing naps/preventing over-tiredness, bedtime routines, and the connection between daytime routines and nighttime sleep.

  4. Increasing Rest for Parents

    We’ll also discuss strategies for increasing rest and wellness for you, regardless of your child’s sleep patterns. This is an important step in managing family sleep in a holistic and gentle way. While most sleep support focuses only on the baby, your own behavior and daily patterns affect your sleep, your ability to nurture your baby, and may even affect baby’s sleep. Although each family will need to focus on different areas many common topics include coping strategies, sleep hygiene, self-care/self-nurturing, building a support network, stress, worry/anxiety, and parenting communication and teamwork.

  5. Implementing Gentle Sleep Changes

    I will offer you options for any specific gentle sleep behavior changes that you wish to make. Many families do not see the need to make additional changes after covering the above areas, while other families need guidance navigating a specific sleep challenge. Changes will always be truly gentle, respect your baby’s unique timeline, and be based on realistic expectations for your baby’s age and temperament.

  6. Honoring Parenting Instincts

    Through our coaching, I’ll be offering encouragement and empowerment to help you value, listen to, and trust your parenting instincts. Increasing your confidence in your instincts will decrease stress and allow you to trust that you know your baby’s and family’s needs best. It will allow you to move forward with confidence that nighttime parenting is valuable, even if you are surrounded by messaging that previously caused you to doubt yourself.

How this works

Over the course of 2 months, we will meet for up to 7 virtual sessions over phone or Zoom to holistically address your family’s unique needs and support you on your journey.

Virtual support via Zoom or phone makes it easier to fit in around work and parenting.

Our first session will be 60 minutes focusing on education, interpreting your child’s cues, and identifying the right holistic approach for your family.

The remaining 6 sessions are 40 minutes. Each session will focus on one or two key areas relevant to your families sleep challenges so that you can focus on making adjustments without feeling overwhelmed. I’ll provide encouragement and accountability so that you don’t get stuck.

Unlimited email check ins

Reach out by email any time day or night with a quick question, request guidance on a strategy, or share a success. I’ll get back to you during my business hours so that you can move forward confidently between calls.

You’ll receive digital guides, resources, and session summaries to reinforce the topics we cover. No need to worry you’ll forget something or try and take notes while juggling our session and your little one.


What You Receive in My Holistic Sleep and Parenting Support Package

Everything In My Holistic Sleep Support Package, Plus an Extra Month of support and 3 More Calls.

This is time to keep the momentum going, to work on really tricky situations, or time to delve deeper in to sleep or parenting related topics.

Over the course of 3 months, we will meet for up to 10 sessions over phone or Zoom to holistically address your family’s unique needs and support you on your journey.

Our first session will be 60 minutes focusing on education, interpreting your child’s cues, and identifying the right holistic approach for your family.

The remaining 9 sessions are 40 minutes. Each session will focus on one or two key areas relevant to your families sleep and parenting challenges so that you can focus on making adjustments without feeling overwhelmed. I’ll provide encouragement and accountability so that you don’t get stuck.

Reach out by email any time day or night with a quick question, request guidance on a strategy, or share a success. I’ll get back to you during my business hours so that you can move forward confidently between calls.

You’ll receive digital guides, resources, and session summaries to reinforce the topics we cover. No need to worry you’ll forget something or try and take notes while juggling our session and your little one.

A year’s membership in the Intuitive Parenting community

You’ll have access to a year of on-going support and a community of like-minded parents through a one-year membership in the Intuitive Parenting Community. This is a membership community for responsive parents of babies and toddlers to let go of the overwhelm, connect with likeminded parents, and have the information, tools, and support to parent with confidence.


What You Receive in My Focused Sleep Support Package

For Families Needing Less Support Than My Signature Package, I Offer A Step-Down Package.

In this 1 month package we will focus on defining what’s normal and optimizing sleep conditions or navigating one clearly defined sleep change.

For this package to be successful, your goals need to be realistic for the amount of time we have. We can focus on the most common areas affecting sleep or a clearly defined sleep change. Trying to fit larger sleep struggles into this package will not work. If at any point during this package you feel you’d like to explore your sleep situation in greater depth you can upgrade to my signature holistic sleep support package (dependent on availability).

How this works

Over the course of 1 month, we will meet for up to 4 sessions over phone or Zoom to guide you through the foundations or a sleep change gently and responsively.

Our first session will be 60 minutes focusing on education, interpreting your child’s cues, and identifying the right holistic approach for your family.

Our remaining 3 sessions will be 40 minutes to cover key topics, discuss progress, and make any necessary changes. Calls are generally weekly.

You’ll receive digital guides, resources, and session summaries to reinforce the topics we cover. No need to worry you’ll forget something or try and take notes while juggling our session and your little one.

Possible email support add on

Email support is not included in this package. If you find that you want to ask questions between sessions, you can add on a month of email support.

Includes 2 months of support, 7 virtual consults, unlimited email check ins, digital guides and resources, and the confidence to parent around sleep in a sustainable, responsive way.

Holistic Sleep and Parenting Support Package: $2500

Includes 3 months of support, 10 virtual consults, unlimited email check ins, digital guides and resources, a 1 year membership in the Intuitive Parenting Community, and extra time to navigate the ebb and flow of sleep development and parenting with encouragement and support.

Focused Sleep Support Package: $750

Includes 1 month of support, 4 virtual consults, digital guides and resources, optional add on of email support for $300, and the confidence that you’ve spent a full month focusing on individualized sleep improvements in tune with your baby’s needs.
